Mr. Lyon has an extensive background in the energy, chemical and manufacturing industries and is a member of the Corporation of Professional Engineers of Quebec. Prior to his joining the Company in 1992, Mr. Lyon was Vice President - Retail Markets for Shell Canada Limited, where he had national responsibility for all aspects of Shell’s branded retail business. Prior to that, he was President of Shell Canada Chemical Company and also has broad international experience with Shell International in London.

He is Chairman of the Canadian Natural Gas Vehicle Alliance (CNGVA) and is Vice President of the International Association of Natural Gas Vehicles (IANGV).

After 6 years at Sulzer Canada as the Manager of Fueling Appliances, Mr. Rackham joined the Company in 1992. As Executive Vice President of Engineering and Research, Mr. Rackham directs a team of professional engineers in the development of FuelMaker’s product line.

He is an active member of the NFPA 52 Committee, the Canadian Gas Association’s B149 Committee, and the VRA Certification Standard Committee. These committees formulated all the standards that govern the design, certification, installation, and operation of VRAs in North America.

He is also a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, the Society of Plastic Engineers and the Society of Automotive Engineers.

Mr. Stefan joined the company in 1991 with a background in the manufacturing and consulting business. Prior to FuelMaker, he ran a successful consulting business for 16 years, providing management, engineering, and computer services. Mr. Stefan also held a senior engineering position with Jacuzzi for 9 years.

He is a member of the Professional Engineers of Ontario, and a Fellow of Business Administration of the Canadian School of Management.

He is currently a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers, and the Society of Plastics Engineers.

As the Vice President of Finance, and FuelMaker’s Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Jevons supervises all finance, accounting and administration activities.

He joined the Company in 1999 bringing with him considerable experience in the high tech, engineering and research environments. Mr. Jevons also gained invaluable large scale manufacturing experience as the Manager of an ABC Group plant for 4 years.

Prior to that he was the Vice President of Finance at DSMA Babcock – designers and constructors of automotive and aerospace test facilities.
