What is Phill? Phill is a natural gas Vehicle Refueling Appliance (VRA) designed for use with consumer vehicles in residential environments.
Does Phill pressure/temperature compensate? Yes. Phill automatically compensates the delivery pressure to the vehicle based on the ambient temperature. This ensures the vehicle receives the maximum allowable amount of gas under any ambient temperature.
Is Phill noisy? No. While running, Phill is quieter than the average clothes' dryer.
How much electricity does Phill use? At 800watts, Phill uses less electricity than most small appliances.
How much does Phill cost? The official price will be announced closer to launch. Be sure to find out if there are any incentives or subsidies available in your area from the government.

Installation
What are the installation requirements? Phill is designed to be wall mounted. He needs to be securely fastened to studs, brick or concrete in order to hold at least 100 pounds.
What is the minimum inlet pressure? Phill needs a minimum natural gas inlet pressure of 1/4psi (or 7" w.c.); a typical house supply.
Can Phill be installed outdoors? Sure! Phill is designed to withstand outdoor weather conditions.
What will it cost to install Phill? Depending on your particular situation, the cost will vary quite a bit. The most ideal and economical setup is to have a gas and electrical supply already in your garage or close to your desired location of installation.
Terminology
What is an 'NGV'? NGV stands for Natural Gas Vehicle.
What is a 'gge'? The industry uses a Gasoline Gallon Equivalent (gge) to compare the amount of natural gas to gasoline. As a guide, 1gge of natural gas has the same amount of energy as a gallon of gasoline.
